Yes I started server. I tested it with stopped and started server.

Nothing was deployed to server deploy dir and nothing was deployed ".metadata" deploy dir.

It doesn't work on 2 other PCs and it doesn't work also for deploying of Seam project and Dynamic Web project.

Are you sure you have exactly this release of JBT: 200910201931N-H224-M4

Because 200910201931N-H223-M4 release works fine.
