Tested also with JBossTools-Update-3.1.0.v200910211803N-H227-M4.zip, Linux 32-bit, EAP 4.3 Sun 1.5,
Succesfull only for the first attempt. While trying again, no deployment was performed even when new server created. 
$WORKSPACE_DIR/.metadata/.plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core/JBoss_EAP_4.3_Runtime_Server/deploy is empty
