The issue with a graphical ESB editor at the moment is two-fold...

1) ESB's future is being decided now and it's tough to deliver tooling for a moving target.
2) And as you said "It doesn't have to be completely synchronized with jboss-esb.xml probably it's not even possible." - the config file itself presents some serious challenges. 

But thank you very much for your feedback and we'll see what we can do.
