Slava, it looks like we just need to add a property called "ruleAgentProperties" that takes the name of a dot properties (*.properties) file for the org.jboss.soa.esb.actions.BusinessRulesProcessor action. It appears it should be an optional property in the wizard as well as on the property page. This should probably be done in the 3.1.x branch and the trunk.
