1. Create Web Seam Project.
2. Open any xhtml.
3. Try to Ctrl+Space in <sometag someattribute="|"/>. CA works there.
4. Try to Ctll+Space in <sometag someattribute="#{|}"/>. CA DOES NOT work there.
5. Try to Ctll+Space in any tag body #{|}". CA works there.
