m2eclipse released 0.10 which is backwards incompatible with 0.9 meaning it won't work with JBoss Tools CR1 maven integration which was based on 0.9.

The nightly builds are using m2eclipse 0.10 (seeJBIDE-5834) and that you can use now or wait for us to push out CR2 soon.
