* You have sources in your feature. Generally features do not actually have source, they contain plugins which in turn have source.

* org.teiid.designer.core, and indeed many other plugins, contain nested jars. This is often a problem when building and forces your end-user to increase the installed footprint on disk (Eclipse must unpack the plugin jar, then the nested jar too). 

To fix this, see the attached patch and repeat for all plugins where you see a MANIFEST.MF file with "Bundle-ClassPath: somejar.jar" or a build.properties file with "source.somejar.jar = ..." instead of "source.. = ..."
