I still can't reproduce it :(
What I do:
1. cd <Seam_from_EAP_bandled_with_JBDS.4.M2>
2. seam setup (ear project)
3. seam new-project
4. seam new-action (foo)
5. Open JBDS
6. Import existing project into workspace.
7. Fix compilation problem with jta.lib. The project is built successfully.
8. Open foo.xhtml
9. VPE editor asks me to install JSF nature to the project. Skip it.
10. Ctrl+space on #{foo.|}. Code assist works.
