2. mirror metadata into /home/hudson/static_build_env/jbds/builds/staging/_composite_/ :: DONE
3. make publish script push bits to both internal and external locations :: DONE
4. rsync contents of http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/ into /home/hudson/static_build_env/jbds/builds/staging/ :: DONE
5. Add new profile to parent pom [-Plocal.composite] + update trunk jobs to use it as well as the remote one. Redundant, sure, but should help make it easier to fetch bits faster and more consistently :: DONE
