committed a fix which seems to work. Need further testing since it currently works accessing my machine on behalf of ssh but not with ec2 where I cannot access the as7 management port (connection refused). I strongly believe that this is an issue of interface binding in as7 (configuration) but I'm not yet completely sure about it.
