Cannot add JBoss Core Portlet facet if it has been removed before.

When I try to remove JBoss Core Portlet facet from a project (using Properties dialog) and then add it again, I get an error about duplicate entry:

Build path contains duplicate entry: 'org.jboss.tools.portlet.core.internal.portletlibrarycontainer.runtime'
