the difference between patches is -> 
one more additional thing in second patch: 
gist: I check -> is document node in the update list (in this case VPE does whole refresh), if so - whole refresh occurred and
it is possible to cleanup the list of jobs, cause after whole refresh, there is no sense to do other updates.

This "optimization" with limit to list of events is obligatory thing, cause it prevents the list from growth to abnormal size.
It was the idea "how to reproduce" the issue of step 2 - overload the list of events.
It was rather difficult for WebContent/pages/inputname.xhtml, but for rather big page with some complex template, it could be more easy - as I think.
