Serge, Thank you.  Based on the way I read your comment, you are proposing 4 additional "New Project" options:
JAX-WS
JAX-RS
EE6 Client Project (.jar)
EE6 EJB Project (.jar)

Great suggestions, those would be out of scope for the current JBoss Tools 3.3/JBDS 5 release at this time. At a minimum it would be great to at least have these as quickstarts as those can also become "project templates" and support the getting started experience from within JBoss Tools.
