OK, so step 1:

QE needs to validate compatibility of this:

Help > Install new > https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/ > select Android Development Tools 20.0.3 > install.

Once that's vetted, I can pull a mirror of the bits onto download.jboss.org (like we do for all other license-friendly 3rd party deps), and can then add a pointer to those bits from JBT/JBDS Central.
