welcome pages are not showing up for project examples unless it is specifically listed.

and for archetype based ones it shows an error if they are used with {0} to adjust for the project names!

This is a serious bug that we not only need a fix for but also need to find a way to fix without getting error dialogs to show up in Beta1 once we enable the {0}!
