@Andre Just two points to your comment

# I think that when a user clicks on an account in console view and selects to create a new application (for example) there's no need to give him the opportunity to change the account in the wizard. It would be like when you click on the file in Package Explorer, select Rename option and the dialog would allow you to choose another file to rename. 

# As for the wizard - it would be nice if user could switch between accounts by selecting them and not by retyping the email address.
