The solution with using xmlunit library from maven repository seems to be the best solution. But it is not so easy :(
There are two solutions that can be used immediately:

1) use org.jboss.tools.bpel.ui.bot.test.lib
2) or embed the library into the plugin (the library will be copied into the plugin)
