We have a feature of displaying errors in form/tree editor in JBoss Tools XML editor. It shows errors from markers that has data allowing to find place in XModel and from on-the-fly validation when input field value is typed. The model as it is cannot be adapted easily to arbitrary markers and as-you-type validation. What we can try and do now is this: stop creating markers, and only call on-the-fly validation.
