4.0_trunk and 6.0_trunk jobs renamed to 4.1_trunk and 6.0_trunk. Have not changed naming conventions because no one's suggested a better scheme. [~maxandersen] ... if you want something else, you need to suggest what would be better.

After code freeze we'll worry about spawning all the _stable_branch jobs. 

Would also be nice to know which components don't need to be built, eg., should we disable freemarker?
