http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/targetplatforms/jbdevstudiotarget/ (internal, VPN)
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbdevstudiotarget/ (external, no VPN)

I've also rsync'd older TPs such as these to the new location, so we can deprecate the old internal location in future:
