    Steps to Reproduce: 
# ASSERT: make sure that you have an application on OpenShift that you did not import to your workspace yet
# EXEC: launch Server adapter wizard and select the connection and application that you didnt import yet
# ASSERT: you cannot hit *Next* in the server adapter wizard
# EXEC: hit the *Import* link
# ASSERT: Import wizard pops up
# EXEC: In the Import wizard: *uncheck* *Create and set up a server for easy publishing* and hit *Finish*
# ASSERT: import wizard closes and you're back in the server adapter wizard
# ASSERT: *Next* is still *disabled*
# EXEC: select your application in the *Application Name* combo
# ASSERT: *Next* is *enabled* (*Wrong!*)
# ASSERT: the imported *project* is *not listed* in the *Deploy Project* combo (*Wrong!*)
# EXEC: hit *Next*
# ASSERT: you get to the wizard page that allows you to add and remove projects from the server adapter
# EXEC: hit *Finish*

Result:
An empty error dialog is showing up, the wizard is not closing.
