This weirdness happens because the user is unchecking *Create and setup a server for easy publishing* in the import wizard. The server adapter wizard will thus not close once the project is imported to the workspace. Then several issues occurr:

* the *Deploy Project* combo is not refreshed and thus not showing the freshly imported project
* *Next* gets enabled as soon as the user selects the application (that we just imported) in the *Application Name* combo.
* when getting to the next page *Finish* gets enabled while hitting it results in an error.

    This starts happening because the import wizard fails to close the server adapter wizard, thus the server adapter wizard is still there once the import finished and is not updated correctly. Prior version of JBoss Tools for OpenShift closed the wizard and thus this was not occurring. Nevertheless I think that it's not required that the server adapter wizard disappears once the import pops up and successfully finishes. I'll therefore try to make sure that the adapter wizard gets updated correctly.
