To add this new plugin to the feature, and include it on an update site, here's a fork from https://github.com/yradtsevich/jbosstools-xulrunner/tree/xulrunner-win64 with one additional commit.

[~yradtsevich], you should then be able to build the update site (and all plugins/features) from the root folder via `mvn clean verify` and then install into Eclipse from the ./site/target/repository/ folder.

I haven't successfully built this locally yet due to the dl.jb.org outage, however. cc: [~maxandersen]
