    Description: 
Steps to reproduce:
1. create *jboss-kitchensink-angularjs* project from central
2. open src/main/webapp/index.html in VPE / HTML Preview
3. ERROR: Refresh Editing doesn't work 

This is coupled with anchors in the urls
