On branch https://github.com/mickaelistria/jbosstools-central/tree/JBIDE-17808 , I have a beginning of implementation that allows to detect ius that are early access by comparing them to a listing with format defined above.
The feedback appears at the same location on Central page that EA enablement (in title header of the page).
I'm thinking of creating an Installation Details page where to list earlyaccess features: http://help.eclipse.org/luna/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.platform.doc.isv%2Freference%2Fextension-points%2Forg_eclipse_ui_installationPages.html
