I assume you mean earlyaccess.properties for all here - instead of jbearlyaccess ?

I think this makes sense:
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/discovery/nightly/core/master/jbtearlyaccess.properties
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/discovery/development/4.2.0.CR1/jbtearlyaccess.properties

Putting it under earlyaccess is limiting.

And actually I think earlyaccess.properties is probably misleading...since we were talking about adding more than just earlyaccess here. But if we use ide-config that can be adjusted I reckon. I.e. if we wanted to have a supported.properties and a nonsupported.properties too.
