The only thing I can imagine that'd be causing this error is if my request is somehow incorrect and your password includes many special characters that I'm not escaping.   I'll need to ask for assistance from others, I suspect..... 

I know this is a longshot, but do you think you could change your password to something less complicated and test again? At least this way, we should know if the problem is with the request in general, or the country, or the details. 

I'd really appreciate it if you could try that. It'd give us some heads up. 

I know i have a pretty complicated password, though perhaps not as many special characters as I should try.
