can you provide the exact steps?

afaics it will ask you about this by default, it only dont if you told it not to.

> When user hits "Run", it automatically saves the run configuration. It might be a good idea to ask the user, so he know exactly if it will be saved or discarded (when the "cancel" button is hit, it asks user whether to save or discard changes).
