< legal underlined that the license says: "if you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original" thus any images etc. we derive from this material need to be marked as listed under this specific license.

^ Just want to clarify - is it about *Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License* or about *Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0*
AFAIK, *Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported License* does *not* require distribution of our contributions under the same license as the original - http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/.
