I don't know exactly what causes this issue, but as a workaround, I can suggest using http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/jbosstools-build-sites.aggregate.site_4.2.luna/all/repo/ instead.
Actually, always using http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/jbosstools-build-sites.aggregate.site_4.2.luna/all/repo/ and dropping the /nightly/ URL might be a good idea as it would remove some steps that don't really provide added value IMO.
