http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/staging/jbosstools-4.2.0.CR2-updatesite-core/ is not available either.. 
Also I started seeing old fellow "Computing connector status" again (JBDS-3145, JBIDE-17471). I'm not opening any jira for that, as this could be related to this one.
