[~burrsutter] yes, this is another download since JBDS IS are not available when we go GA. 

We do though use the exact same initial core installer to extend with the IS stuff.

The overhead described above is what was discussed at Face-2-face and it is upto JBDSIS engineering and QE to do this work.

If you have a better suggestion on how we make IS available as a single install for easy install without internet access I would be interested.
