PR verified on linux (Fedora 19). 

OpenShift tooling still works for v2 and v3 after applying PR (at least no issues found while performing very basic smoke test (connection)).
With this PR user is prompted to select a workspace. Without this PR (on previous commit) user is not prompted to select a workspace.
