I've done the following:

* removed the outdate java7/java8 docs/info.
* fixed the support url that was pointing to jboss tools instead of devstudio forums

I'm not resolving this yet since I need [~nickboldt] comment on why there is a {code}<a name="#jbosstools"></a>{code} in the html ? what is its purpose ?
