Okay - so the IS category.xml is NOT including the three features in question - just the org.jboss.tools.bpel.feature which imports the three features.  Looking at the feature.xml for org.jboss.tools.bpel.feature_1.3.100.Final-v20141204-2031-B13.jar, the other imported features do have a reasonable version specified.

So - are you [~nickboldt] suggesting that I:

A.  Include the three features directly into the IS?
B.  Have the features updated in org.jboss.tools.bpel.feature?
C.  Do nothing?
