PR applied. 

Current status:

* birt, freemarker, and portlet should remain disabled as they have no 4.3.0.Alpha1x branch (and no commits either)
** disabled.

* forge requires Maven 3.2.5 - org.jboss.tools.forge.runtime: The plugin org.jboss.forge.furnace:furnace-maven-plugin:2.14.0.Final requires Maven version 3.2.5
** fixed and respinning: https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/view/DevStudio_9.0.mars/job/jbosstools-forge_4.3.mars/ >=4

* May need  to adjust the buildflow sequence. Verify these linkages are in effect:
** aerogear depends on browsersim: https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-aerogear_4.3.mars/5/console
** arquillian depends on server: https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/view/DevStudio_9.0.mars/job/jbosstools-arquillian_4.3.mars/2/console
** browsersim depends on jst: https://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/view/DevStudio_9.0.mars/job/jbosstools-browsersim_4.3.mars/3/console

* Still running: browsersim, server (tests in progress)

* Need to rebuild javaee, livereload, openshift, webservices (wrong stream value)
