Hi [~kmarmaliykov], I think this works as expected when there is no org.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath variable set. 
But when I set org.eclipse.swt.browser.XULRunnerPath to some external xulrunner, this xulrunner is used no matter what VPE is configured to use. Is this ok?
