Konstantin Marmalyukov commented on JBIDE-19774:
------------------------------------------------

[~rhopp] I remember about problem with XulRunner10, sorry, don't have time last week to look at it. Do you have any problems with xulrunner24?

Normal behavior for this issue:
1. VPE mode is HTML5 and external xulrunner does not set. Then either webkit should be used or error message should be shown.
2. VPE mode is HTML5 and external xulrunner is setted. Then this xulrunner should be used as a browser engine for HTML files, and for jsf/jsp files error message should be shown.
3. VPE mode is JSF and external xulrunner does not set. Then for jsf/jsp files xulrunner 1.9(which we ship) should be used.
4. VPE mode is JSF and external xulrunneris setted. Then for jsf/jsp files error message should be shown.
