Now displaying the application name (as seen in OpenShift Explorer > Build Config)

If the template has several build configs (doesn't seem to be the case for all the MW templates though) to import, a first build config selection page would be displayed. Only one can be processed at a time.

This wizard exists as a standalone wizard (used in the import openshift application menu). It's invoked after the app creation job is finished. Getting it's pages back into the main wizard workflow is probably doable but would likely imply some code duplication and non-trivial changes. I'm keeping it as is for now.
