    Resolution: Duplicate Issue


This issue is going to be fixed after JBDS-3783 is done. 
The installer target folder cannot be longer than 260 - longest folder from installed resources.
cygwin folder inside target folder currently owns the longest name and it fails silently to install in case it hits name more than max allowed.
Max length for target folder is going to be around 100 characters though.
