Please provide steps to repro, URL used to install, screenshot, or SOMETHING from which to reproduce this problem.

As far as I can see the latest CoreTools category (aka Abridged JBoss Tools) contains both the openshift v3 feature and the openshift CDK feature.

Also present in JBT 4.3.1.Beta2 site:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/static/mars/development/updates/core/4.3.1.Beta2/

So... not sure why you're not seeing it or getting it OOTB. Did I forget to add the new features to the Marketplace listing, perhaps?
