Please provide steps to repro, URL used to install, screenshot, or SOMETHING from which to reproduce this problem.

As far as I can see the latest CoreTools category (aka Abridged JBoss Tools) contains both the openshift v3 feature and the openshift CDK feature.

Also present in JBT 4.3.1.Beta2 site:

So... not sure why you're not seeing it or getting it OOTB. 

Were you using the Marketplace listing, perhaps? If so, we don't generally add new features until after .Final is released, otherwise we'd be reverting from a .Final to a .Beta as we moved from 4.3.0.Final to 4.3.1.Beta1 (or Beta2).
