If we move it back users can't see the properties view when they use server, docker and openshift  explorer views.

For now I would weight being able to see the properties view for the most used views over a single editor that has a very wide properties setup.

But can you provide some examples of where we have properties UI that is so wide you can't have it in the default position ?
