Following the fix in https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-livereload/commit/8aacb494f4221b8022db63908e6f27a8b770714b Live Reload is no longer enabled for OpenShift servers because the no module url is returned in https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-livereload/commit/8aacb494f4221b8022db63908e6f27a8b770714b#diff-f023b123758c6314debce5f85d006fecR42

Ultimately this is caused by OpenShift's fake IModule implem. not properly adapting to IWebModule
