[keycloak-dev] Exposing environment variables and system properties to Freemarker templates

If you look what is going on now with authentication flows, you can see 
that it is possible to plug in your own authenticator that displays the 
login page.  In there you could initialize whatever variables you wanted 
to expose.  I don't have the UI done yet though and everything is hardcoded.
