[keycloak-dev] functionality: Prevent simultaneously user logging.

What do you mean by concurrent/simultaneous?  What are you trying to 
accomplish/prevent?  Trying to enforce one session per user?

This wouldn't be hard to implement, but we are in feature freeze so 
you'd have to implement it yourself through our Auth SPI.
