[keycloak-dev] functionality: Prevent simultaneously user logging.

Yes exactly, I want to enforce one session per user. I'm already
familiarized with the Auth SPI.. Thanks for information.
I just wanted to ensure if such functionality is planned or not planned to
be released in the nearest future.
