[keycloak-dev] Documentation updates

Because today we no longer distribute/deploy war files to get Keycloak up and
running, but I can be wrong and totally missing the point here. Also, I couldn't
find any reference at the docs to deploy that WAR, or generate it with -Pdistribution.
