[keycloak-dev] OIDC nonce for FranceConnect [KEYCLOAK-6147]

Hi,
According to this task : https://issues.jboss.org/browse/KEYCLOAK-6147 I
have produce a small patch in order to make our keycloak to use
FranceConnect.
It is working now (locally patched instance) btu I'd like to contribute
this modification.
Is there anybody that could help me in this procedure (mostly telling me if
the code is good enough to create a pull request) and especially give me
some guidlines to produce some testing around those modifications ?
