[keycloak-user] keycloak-quickstarts: docker and/or docker-compose?

Hi Melissa, you are correct. Unfortunately we still don't have a Docker
image for the quickstarts. 

We had this Jira https://issues.jboss.org/browse/KEYCLOAK-6307 to track
this. Feel free to reopen if you would like to help on it, we would be more 
than happy to review a pull-request.
